Food Outreach — Dec 2025
Distributed 600 food packages across three communities.
Bridging the gap between silence, misunderstanding, and rising cases of substance abuse in our communities through education, awareness, and care.
Back to Light Foundation (BTLF) is a nonprofit organisation focused on drug-use prevention and mental health awareness, especially among young people. The foundation exists to fill the critical gap between silence, misunderstanding, and the rising cases of substance abuse in our communities.
To create a world where every individual has access to the resources and support they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives — free from the stigma of substance abuse and mental health challenges.
To empower communities through education, awareness, and rehabilitation programs that address substance abuse and mental health issues, fostering resilience and promoting long-term wellbeing.
Every program we run is rooted in one or more of these foundational pillars:
We deliver school programs, trainings, and public resources that teach prevention, emotional literacy, and early intervention strategies to students and families.
Through media platforms like podcasts, radio, and community outreach, we amplify honest conversations and work to reduce the stigma around mental health and substance use.
Through our recovery arm, Flourish Life Center, we provide counselling, coaching, group therapy, and aftercare support for individuals on the journey to recovery.
We approach every individual and community with empathy, dignity, and genuine care — free from judgment.
We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability in everything we do, building trust with our communities.
We partner with local leaders, schools, health professionals, and government agencies to multiply our impact.
